Questions before you order?
Quick answers below. Still stuck? Nick and the shop team answer in live chat.
How fast will my order ship?
Production time is listed on every product. Most banners print in 2 business days once we have print-ready artwork, and you can choose Next-Day or Same-Day rush in the builder.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free ground shipping on orders over $200. Need it faster? Faster shipping can be quoted and added to any order: email sales@milweb1.com with your order number.
What files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, PSD or TIFF up to 20MB. Make it the finished size, no bleed needed. Bigger file? Order now and send it to milweb1.wetransfer.com with your order number. No artwork yet? Use our free online designer.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If an item arrives misprinted or defective, email sales@milweb1.com within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a reprint or credit. Because everything is custom printed, we can't take returns for a size that was ordered by mistake, so double-check your size in the builder.
Who will I be working with?
Milweb1 is a family-run print shop in Franklin, Wisconsin, in business since 2008. You can reach Nick and the team in live chat (bottom right of every page) or at sales@milweb1.com.
Do you do bulk orders or custom quotes?
Yes. For large quantities, odd sizes or anything not on the site, send us a message in chat or email sales@milweb1.com and we'll quote it the same day.
